Office personnel should be customer focused and computer skilled. Working knowledge of the internet, MSWord, Database Management, MSExcel, or Logiserv is helpful. Strong customer service and phone skills are an absolute must, and an excellent command of English is required as there is a great deal of telephone interaction with customers, technicians and vendors.
